The Anderson family session didn’t disappoint. It was a cold, VERY windy day and I considered rescheduling but the color outside was so pretty we decided to go for it! And I’m so glad that we did! Contagious smiles, lots of laughter, and even some cartwheels made an appearance. When I look at these images, it just warms my heart to see how the love in their family is so evident. This was all them. I was just there to capture it. One of my favorite parts of doing a family session is to give prompts that make it feel like we’re having an outdoor play date more than a session.
These were gifts for Christmas for family member so it was top secret. I loved this session so much that I made sure that we were ok to share. I’d like to think they just made a certain grandmother’s year when she opened them up on Christmas.
Thank you, sweet Anderson family for allowing me to tag along for a fun family session. Your love for each other is seen and you’re definitely do something right because those kiddos were some of the happiest I’ve seen.
