As a Fort Worth senior photographer, I have the privilege of capturing milestones for families I’ve known for years. Bennett’s senior session was especially meaningful to me because I’ve known him since before Kindergarten. I still remember seeing him in the hallways during his Kindergarten year—so it’s incredible to now be capturing his senior portraits! His mom cared for my daughter when she was a newborn while I was still teaching, and our friendship has grown over the years. Having photographed two of his older siblings’ senior photos, capturing Bennett’s was truly special and felt full circle since he’s the baby of the family.
Now a senior at Saginaw High School, Bennett selected the TCC River Campus for his session. This location offers stunning views of both the downtown Fort Worth skyline and the serene Trinity River, giving us a beautiful mix of urban and natural settings for his photos. We took advantage of the soft, golden light to create timeless images that reflected both his laid-back personality and excitement for the future.
Bennett’s calm and easygoing demeanor made the session a breeze, allowing me to capture him just as he is. From the cityscape to the river, we created a collection of shots that perfectly marked this important time in his life.
For me, this session wasn’t just about senior photos. It was about celebrating the journey of a young man I’ve known for years. I’m grateful to have been a part of Bennett’s senior year, just as I was with his siblings.
