Motter family session

We did the Motter family session when they were in town from Kansas City over the holiday break at the beginning of the year. Lydia, their beautiful happy daughter, was 7 weeks. It’s not a very easy age to capture because it’s just past the newborn posing stage but not quite sitting up yet either. It was my first time to meet sweet Lydia so no way was I going to miss out on meeting her!

But as you can see, Lydia was a perfect model with her gorgeous big eyes! She was so happy and a perfect model for me. We even captured her doing her infamous starfish impersonation! I captured Ryan and Suzanne’s engagement photos almost two years ago and here we are again capturing their growing family. They are SMITTEN over this little girl. I’m pretty sure Ryan knows that he’s in trouble how much this tiny little girl has him wrapped around her finger. There is nothing more precious to me than seeing a daddy head over heels over his baby girl.

Ryan and Suzanne, thank you for the huge honor of capturing your growing family and being your storyteller. You are wonderful parents. Lydia hit the jackpot with the family she was born into. What love and joy this miracle will experience all because of the love that you two show each other and her.
