Chris’s senior session was this summer on a blistery hot day. I know, shocking in Texas, right? 😉 I’ll confess that usually I’m about 80/20 for senior girls vs senior guys sessions, but this year I’ve been about 50/50. I’ll take that as a compliment because usually guys would rather have a root canal than get senior photos done. So I’m glad that my senior guys have been talking to their friends about how the experience wasn’t so terrible after all.
Once again, mom didn’t miss an opportunity to capture some of all three of her kids. It had been many years and it was time to update the photo albums. I really love that we were able to fit both in our session.
Chris plays football and with two-a-days starting soon after this, we knew that we had to fit this in before the season started. Chris was such a sweetheart, helping carry all my gear around for the session, had such a natural smile and he’s just a great guy. In fact, all three kids were simply wonderful, the lighting was perfect and even the scorching heat couldn’t put a damper on this session.
I have a lot of favorites from Chris’s senior session but probably my very favorite is the sibling shot of everyone laughing. It’s the mama in me that it just melts my heart. I know that one is especially treasured.
