Lara and I met up for her Fort Worth Botanical Gardens senior session this summer. It was a week of 60% chances of rain and humidity through the roof. The Botanical Gardens is a little treasure here in Fort Worth. What I love most about doing a Fort Worth Botanical Garden senior session in the middle of the summer is that I can always count on COLOR, and lots of it. Everything else in Texas may be dead and brown but not there. They know what they are doing to keep the gardens lush, blooming, and green all year long.
Lara had her hair and makeup done which in the triple digit Texas heat, you will never regret. She looked absolutely flawless and you would never know by looking at these images that Lara and I were a hot sweaty mess (or maybe that was just me).
Lara is a 2017 Trinity Valley School senior. She’s extremely smart, wonderfully kind and sweet and my session with her just so wonderful. Lara has an incredible easy and playful manner in front of my camera. There was very little direction from me, she’s just a great model. Those are the funnest sessions for me when my clients feel comfortable at at ease.
I know Lara is looking at some pretty amazing colleges to attend next year and I can’t wait to hear who is lucky enough to get her.
