As a Fort Worth senior photographer, there’s something incredibly special about capturing the milestones of someone I’ve known for a long time. Recently, I had the honor of photographing Avery, a senior at Paschal High School who’s headed to Texas A&M in the fall.
I’ve worked with Avery’s parents for many years after college at Pier 1’s corporate office, so reconnecting with them during such an exciting time was a highlight of this session. Being able to document Avery’s senior year felt like a full-circle moment, combining my passion for photography with old friendships.
For Avery’s senior session, we chose two iconic Fort Worth locations—the Fort Worth Botanic Garden and the Kimbell Art Museum. These spots aren’t just beautiful, but they reflect Avery’s Fort Worth upbringing before she embarks on her journey to College Station.
One of my favorite things is when seniors want to incorporate their college choice into their session. It’s such a great idea for senior announcements, and it often comes in handy later for things like college headshots or other moments that call for professional images. Avery’s Texas A&M pride really added a personal touch to her session, and I know these photos will serve her well as she steps into the next chapter of her life.
If you’re looking for a Fort Worth senior photographer, I would love to help capture your milestone moments. Whether it’s celebrating your senior year, a family gathering, or something else, every session is a chance to create lasting memories.
