Meredith is a 2016 senior from Aledo High School. I’ve been fortunate to first meet this family when Meredith’s older sister, Haylee, graduated from high school almost 2 years ago. I fell in love with their family from the start and was absolutely giddy when it was was Meredith’s turn for her senior photos.
Where do I even start? Meredith is incredibly smart, extremely kind hearted, athletic, very involved with church and absolutely a knock-out. Meredith was a Rooted in Love Photography senior rep for Aledo High School for me and we did her model session last spring. I love doing that with models because it allows for two different seasons and looks in their sessions. Plus it gave me an excuse to see her and her family again!
Anytime we get together it feels like we’re just hanging out. I’d hardly call it working. I mean with these beautiful girls as my subjects with their contagious joy, it made my job an absolute piece of cake. I’m pretty sure the hat Meredith wore was made just for her because it was a perfect fit.
We wrapped up her session with a big announcement. Meredith had just decided her college choice the week we did photos so I was so excited to capture her in her new college swag. This is a pretty big deal because she’s the first of her siblings to move out of state and to Tennessee! No matter where Meredith goes, she will move mountains.
Now I’m grieving because Meredith is the baby and that means the Bowdens are out of seniors. 🙁
