I’ve been looking forward to do Ryleigh’s home senior session since last year when I did her older brother’s session. I immediately fell in love with her family and their beautiful land. Ryleigh’s family lives on a beautiful piece of land with acres of wild grasses, dirt roads, old fences. In other words, my dream location.
Ryleigh is as adorable as they come. She’s a volleyball player and a 2017 senior at Country Day School in Fort Worth. She’s bubbly, sweet, happy and just a natural beauty!
I love that we did her senior photos at her home, in the place that’s helped mold and make her who she is today. I feel like when we do sessions at a location that are meaningful to seniors/families, that it plays a big part in their experience. Twenty years from now Ryleigh and her mom will remember that those were taken at a very sacred place for them. I was very spoiled at her session and her mom and one of her friends and I just drove around to different spots on their land. We laughed and had so much fun. I always love it when my job doesn’t even feel like a job, it just feels like I’m hanging with friends.
I adore this family and I’m just sad that Ryleigh is the baby of the family and there’s no more seniors to photograph because I love any excuse to see them.
