This family is so ridiculously photogenic. First of all, their baby, Anderson, should be a hair model! He is truly one of the happiest babies I’ve ever known. I’ve never ever heard him cry. Long before I was a Fort Worth family photographer, I worked with Anderson’s grandmother. We taught together for years. She is a very special lady (like we both cried when I turned in my teaching resignation) and so I forced her to get in some shots. I’m so glad I did because I know that these mean so much to her and definitely will as Anderson grows up. His Nana is bananas for him and rightfully so!
We braved Mosquitogeddon to capture these. Truly, it was unlike anything I had ever endured. Somehow, we kept Anderson from being bit probably because the rest of us were like a tasty steak to them! The very next day the weather turned really cold and the wind was fierce. So all of this beautiful color disappeared. So I think the mosquitos were well worth it because my favorite part of this session besides have a picture perfect family to capture was the amazing fall color.
Adam and Amanda, I am putty in Anderson’s hands. That kid slays me. Whatever you’re doing, keep doing it, because you’re doing it right! I love that you can tell how happy Anderson is when you look at these images, down to his feet! Even his toes are happy, for goodness sakes!
