When I did Maddie’s senior session it was the first time I had a senior drive up all the way from Austin! Maddie lives in Austin but her mom lives here in Fort Worth. I felt such a honor that she drove hours to capture them.
When I spoke with Maddie’s mom, she described Maddie as a “beautiful soul”. I can’t think of a sweeter compliment from a mother. Moms sure do know best because I can’t think of a more accurate term for Maddie’s personality. She is energetic, happy, carefree, kind, and a blast to work with. It was a little chilly the day of our session but you would never know by looking at our session because Maddie even in her skirt and sundress rocked it out like a supermodel.
I try not to have favorites, I really do, but I can’t help how much I love photographing senior girls. They are excited, fashion forward, energetic, and usually have taken a selfie or two so their smiles are natural, oh and they just like to have fun.
Maddie, what a dream you were to capture. Thank you for making the long trip! I hope your senior year is as fabulous as you are.
